1. General
These Terms govern the use of the nexa-core.tech website and the NexaCore platform. The website and platform are operated by Nexa Core Tech LLP (“NexaCore”, “we”). By using the website you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
NexaCore is an AI startup building an AI agent platform for businesses. Agents sell, answer customers and find new ones in the company's channels, and all their work is visible in a single dashboard.
3. Platform access
Platform access, pilots, pricing and service levels are governed by a separate agreement with the client. Requesting a demo or consultation through the website is not an agreement and does not bind either party.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties
- Do not use the agents for spam, fraud or deception
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to the website, the platform or other clients' data
- Do not disrupt the operation of the website or the platform
5. How AI agents work
Agent responses are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. The client sets the rules the agents follow and is responsible for the data it provides and for the messages the agents send on its behalf.
6. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The website, platform, software and the NexaCore brand belong to us. Client data and materials remain the client's property.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Liability for the platform is governed by the agreement with the client.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
